Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You may request a return and receive a 100% refund in the following situations:

If your product arrives with defects, damage, or quality concerns, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. After reviewing the issue and inspecting the returned item, we will process a full refund.

2. Printing Errors

If the product you receive has an incorrect design, misprint, or differs from the artwork/design you approved, notify us within 2 days. Once verified, we will arrange the return and issue a full refund.

3. Late Delivery

If your order is delivered more than 15 days beyond the estimated delivery timeline, and the delay is not caused by weather, courier issues, or other uncontrollable factors, you may be eligible for a return and full refund.

Non-Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds in the following cases:

1. Change of Mind

Returns are not accepted if you change your mind after placing the order, or if the product matches the specifications and size you selected.

2. Incorrect Orders Placed by Customer
