  • Requests for exchange must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging for an exchange to be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs (for sending the item back to us) are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds are not offered at this time, except in rare cases where an item is out of stock after payment.
